We will listen to you. Literally. We will either meet in person or have a phone call during which time you will describe your “dream beach home.” This discussion will inform all of our next steps.

Step No. 1
We’ll decide with you whether your “dream beach home” matches one we currently have under construction. If so, we will tour the home with you and talk through options. Or, perhaps you tell us about a vision that you have for a home that does not yet exist. In this case, we will talk through plans and get your process started by putting you in contact with some of the finest beach home architects in the business. We will then layout a timeline for building your home.

Step No. 2
Depending on whether you choose to move forward with a home that is nearing completion or you decide to wait and go through the entire building/design process, we will construct your personalized plan. Financing, home plans, finish out specifications, and even options to furnish your SURF Coastal Home will all be tailored to your family’s needs.
