This 2 Bedroom (plus additional bunks tucked in the hallway)/3 bath 2-story SURF cottage comfortably sleeps 7 and faces the lawn, with one of the upstairs balconies overlooking the bocce court and outdoor lounging area. The use of clerestory windows highlights the volume of the great room and kitchen, and the use of our “Dune” palette means soft, neutral countertops and light floors with gentle greens blended in and a fabulous textured, dune-inspired pendant gracing the dining area. This home features 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twins (2 twin bunks tucked in the hall and 1 in the Queen guest room) and is Energy Star certified. From the Big Chill refrigerator to the hand-picked tiles, every detail in this cottage gives it a luxurious and harmonious-with-nature vibe.
